    Each system connects to the integration layer, not to the other systems. Replacing the shop or the CRM does not mean rebuilding everything else.

In most cases that is the sensible choice. If the existing ERP covers administration and accounting well, there is no reason to replace it: we build the missing modules and integrate them through APIs, file exchange or direct database access, keeping a single source of truth. Full replacement only makes sense when the current system is no longer maintainable or is holding growth back.
