A national consumer protection association in the energy sector managed members, proxies, and electricity/gas contracts with manual processes and spreadsheets, with no automation for renewals, document deadlines, or payments.
We built a custom ERP that digitizes the entire member lifecycle: document verification via OCR, contract and meter management, automatic membership renewals, billing, and multi-channel notifications for deadlines and events.

Two companion apps built in Flutter on a single codebase: Youppa for consumers (receipt scanning, points, proximity map) and Youppa Business for merchants (creating promotions, managing points, zero upfront costs).
