Scope: Full business system, integrations and automation

Context

A national consumer protection association in the energy sector managed members, mandates and electricity and gas contracts through manual processes and spreadsheets, with no automation on renewals, document expiry or payments.

Solution

We built a custom ERP that digitises the entire member lifecycle: document management, contracts and meters, automatic membership renewals, invoicing and multi-channel notifications on deadlines and events.

Context

Getting a contract signed remotely meant printing, scanning and chasing the client — or asking them for a digital identity or a signing certificate: tools most people do not have and will not set up for a single document.

Solution

A product built and maintained in-house at Flexcode: the signer gets a link by SMS or email, opens the PDF and confirms with an OTP code, with nothing to install. Every document comes out sealed with a qualified certificate and timestamped, with an audit trail of who signed, when and from where. A REST API with webhooks brings the same flow inside a business system or a CRM.

Outcome

Signatures compliant with the eIDAS Regulation and the Italian CAD, verifiable even after the certificates expire, with data processed inside Europe. It is the signing module we reuse in client systems instead of rebuilding it each time.

Context

Italian SMEs still run fragmented applications for invoicing, stock, CRM and customer support, with repetitive work that constantly needs manual intervention.

Solution

A product developed and maintained in-house by Flexcode: a cloud suite with an AI assistant available around the clock that issues invoices, creates quotes, updates stock and answers customers in natural language.

Context

Manufacturers and distributors keep product data scattered across spreadsheets, the business system, image folders and supplier PDFs. E-commerce, marketplaces, catalogues and the sales network all want the same data in different formats, and every update is repeated by hand in several places.

Solution

A product built and maintained in-house at Flexcode: a PIM (Product Information Management) that brings attributes, technical data, copy, translations, prices and images together and publishes them to e-commerce, marketplaces, ERP and PDF catalogues. Sindesi AI writes descriptions, extracts data from suppliers' PDF data sheets, classifies products on ETIM and GS1 and translates — with configurable human approval, models hosted in the EU and every operation logged.

Outcome

A shared phrase library in more than 40 languages, built-in DAM, quality rules that stop incomplete products from being published, and PDF data sheets generated in bulk. It connects to other systems through a REST API, webhooks and file exchange over SFTP. Hosted in the EU; a demo can be requested on sindesi.it.

Context

EBTC SRL wanted to replace paper loyalty cards with a digital network connecting local shops and consumers, with no adoption cost for the stores.

Solution

The consumer app: nearby shops in the network, loyalty cards and points in one app, proximity promotions and cards in the phone's wallet. It shares its Flutter codebase with Youppa Business, the merchants' app.

Context

For the Youppa network to work, the shop side had to be simple too: no extra terminal, no back office to learn, everything from the merchant's phone.

Solution

The merchants' app: payments with Tap to Pay on iPhone, gift cards, free vouchers and loyalty cards, promotion setup and the day's transactions. Points and promotions reach customers' Youppa app in real time.

An interactive map of places, businesses and events nearby

Context

Visitors to an area find the information scattered across council websites, social pages and signs on the wall. Local businesses, for their part, have no single channel to be found by someone who is two streets away right now.

Solution

An iOS and Android app built around an interactive map: points of interest, businesses, events and routes, each with its own card and its own story. Content is managed from an editorial panel, so authorities and operators update places and events without waiting for a release.
